Shipping

Shipping Policy

 

Please expect 1 to 8 weeks for your item to be completed. This is not including shipping time, so  please take that in account when choosing your shipping options at the checkout.

 

In the case of receiving a damaged item, you have 4 days to make a claim with us at info@maisonchardon.com. We will send you the necessary details to help solve the situation. 

Note: Damage to packaging, both exterior and interior boxes, will not be considered as a  ‘damaged product’. It is limited to only the purchased item. 

Example: If you receive your purchase and the cardboard box and presentation box is damaged, but your purchased item is in pristine condition, your package is not considered damaged.

In the case of a delay or suspected purchase lost in transit, you have   7 days after the expected date of arrival to make a claim with us at info@maisonchardon.com. We will send you the necessary details to help solve the situation.

All packages will come with a tracking number, please safeguard it. The tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped. 

Maison Chardon is not responsible for proof of delivery or confirmation of signage.

The Colisimo shipping option is FREE of charge with tracking, worldwide. Signature is required upon delivery.

Custom taxes and duties

 

All international customers are responsible for applicable custom taxes on delivery.

Returns

Refund and Exchange Policy

 

We do not do refunds at Maison Chardon; however, we do have a return and exchange policy for sizing issues. Please if you have any doubts about the sizing, do not hesitate to contact us at info@maisonchardon.com before placing your order. We will be happy to assist you.

 

Please send an email at info@maisonchardon.com before sending your item back to us. Do not return your item without notifying us. We will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

 

Maison Chardon will not bear the responsibility of shipping costs for item(s) returning. 

Maison Chardon will bear the costs of shipping your item(s) back to you.
